  • Revenue of $1 million to $750 million
  • Year over year revenue growth of 10% or more
  • Operating profit of $250k to $100 million
  • Strong market niche or competitive advantages
  • Little to no institutional venture capital invested to date
  • Capital efficiency not requiring substantial follow-on financing
